Teaching how to use a digital oscilloscope
In this article, we are going to introduce you to how to work and use a digital oscilloscope. In the first step, to work with the oscilloscope and measure a signal, you need to choose a probe. For many signals, the simple passive probe that comes with your oscilloscope is suitable and will work well.
After selecting the probe and before connecting it, adjust the attenuation level on your probe. 10x, which is the most common attenuation factor, is often the best option. If you want to measure very low voltage, you may need to use 1x.
